As a restaurant from the Carpathian basin, we are always striving to source and use the best available ingredients not just from our motherland, but also from the neighbouring countries as well as from the late Austro – Hungarian Empire.
At the same time, our Chef Kornél Kaszás and his team have international experience spanning across the globe, which can also be seen in many of our dishes.
The thoughts and traditions of this multinational kitchen team – Hungarian, Ukrainian, Serbian – contribute to our Cuisine to be Central European and it also highlights our roots in the Carpathian basin.
All this will be combined with the refined, scandinavian vision of our consultant Chef, Daniel Berlin from Sweden.
